Restorative Pathways Program (Participant):

Description: The Restorative Pathways Program, launched in partnership with City Startup Labs, aims to support justice-impacted individuals by providing them with training, mentorship, and job opportunities in the healthcare sector. This initiative is part of Atrium Health's commitment to being a fair-chance employer and creating pathways for long-term career progression


My Role: As a key leader at Atrium Health, I provide mentorship and job opportunities to participants, helping them transition into meaningful careers. I also work to galvanize internal stakeholders to support this initiative, ensuring its success and sustainability.

The Men’s Diversity Council (Member):

Description:  The Men’s Diversity Council at Atrium Health is part of our broader Area for All Committees initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive environment. This council focuses on addressing the unique challenges and opportunities related to gender diversity, particularly for men in the healthcare setting.


My Role: As a member, I contribute to developing strategies and programs that promote gender diversity, support my male teammates in their professional growth, and advocate for policies that enhance inclusivity within the organization.

Description: Area for all Committees is dedicated to integrating inclusive excellence into the local operations of Atrium Health. This council provides oversight and guidance to ensure that belonging and equity are woven into the fabric of our organization’s culture and practices.


My Role:  As a member, I play a crucial role in implementing inclusion initiatives, participating in strategic planning, and serving as an advocate for equity and belonging within the central area of Atrium Health. This includes collaborating with other council members to develop and promote programs that strengthen an environment of respect and inclusion at all levels of the organization.
